Winston Alozie Chief Executive OfficerWinston was born in Louisiana and attended the club as a youth. After graduating from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 2010 with a BA in Developmental Psychology, he served as Program Director. He later worked in the school district before being chosen as the CEO at the Boys & Girls Club of Bethlehem. Alozie has been recognized for his community service by Lehigh University and Bethlehem Elk’s where he was awarded a “Good Neighbor” Award in 2016 and “Outstanding Community Service” Award in 2019. He is a member of NAACP and Minister of Music at John A.M.E. Zion Church in Bethlehem.
Alesia Fay Dietrich Office ManagerAlesia was born and raised in Bethlehem, PA and graduated from Liberty High School. She has her undergraduate degree from Centenary College and Masters degree from DeSales University. Before joining the club, she was involved with Community Action Committee and was an advocate for the Girls Scouts. In her off time she is active in golf and hopes to press these talents off to the youth she serves at the Boys & Girls Club of Bethlehem.
Lisa Ramos Program DirectorLisa was born and raised on the south-side of Bethlehem. She is a graduate of St. John Capistrano, Freedom High School, and Northampton Area Community College. She spent several years at Sayre Child Care and was hired as Program Director of the Boys and Girls Club of Bethlehem 30 years ago. As Program Director she wears many hats. She is passionate, committed and has dedicated her life to improving the lives of others.
Scott Perry Program DirectorScott was raised in Bethlehem and is a Freedom High School graduate. He attended the Boys and Girls Club in the early 80’s and eventually became involved in various positions within the organization, including Playground Director. As Program Director he organizes many programs for the kids and is a constant source of inspiration.
Genesis Valesquez Support StaffGenesis was born and raised in Bethlehem, PA and graduated from Liberty High School. She attended the club as a youth, starting out as Junior Staff and is now Programming Assistant. Genesis is dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing environment in the club and enjoys seeing the positive results of the clubs programs.
Henry Valesquez Support StaffHenry is a student at Liberty High School and joins the staff with an understanding of the programs having been a member since he was a young person. Henry is involved with the club for some time, and enjoys the athletic aspects of the programs offered. He brings enthusiasm to his role in the club and hopes that he can make a lasting impression on the youth.
